These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Bright Tomorrows Immigration Services ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Bright Tomorrows Immigration Services provides Canadian immigration consulting services through Reza Arash, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Member Number R 533281. Our services include, but are not limited to, immigration application preparation and submission, representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), eligibility assessments, and immigration strategy consulting.

3. Consultant-Client Relationship
A formal consultant-client relationship is established only when both parties have signed a written Retainer Agreement that specifies the scope of services, fees, and terms of engagement. Until a Retainer Agreement is signed, no consultant-client relationship exists, and we are under no obligation to provide services or maintain confidentiality. All services are provided in accordance with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and applicable regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific immigration outcomes. Immigration decisions are made by government authorities, and no consultant or lawyer can guarantee approval of any application. Bright Tomorrows Immigration Services shall not be held liable for any decisions made by IRCC, the IRB, or any other government body. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.
5. Fee Structure and Payment Terms
Our fees are outlined in the Retainer Agreement signed prior to commencing services. Key payment terms include:
- All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes
- A retainer deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the Retainer Agreement
- Government filing fees are separate from our professional fees and are the responsibility of the client
- Payment plans may be available for certain services, subject to approval
- Fees for services rendered are non-refundable once the work has been completed
- Any additional services beyond the scope of the original Retainer Agreement will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before additional fees are incurred
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for your application
- Responding to requests for information or documents in a timely manner
- Informing us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application
- Paying all fees as agreed in the Retainer Agreement
- Attending all scheduled appointments and hearings
- Reviewing all documents and applications before submission and providing approval
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- If you wish to terminate the Retainer Agreement after services have begun, fees for work already completed are non-refundable
- Any unused retainer funds will be returned within 30 business days of termination
- Government fees already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all client information in accordance with our obligations under PIPEDA, the CICC Code of Professional Conduct, and our professional duty of confidentiality. Your information will only be shared with third parties when necessary for the provision of our services (such as submitting applications to IRCC), when required by law, or when you have provided express written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bright Tomorrows Immigration Services or its content creators and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy website content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Introduce viruses or other malicious code to the website

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. If a complaint relates to the professional conduct of our consultant, you may also file a complaint with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) at college-ic.ca.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
